• Revenue & Distribution Tools

Our services are intended for hospitality businesses, hotels, villas, resorts, and related accommodation providers.

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to act on behalf of your business or organization
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• Your use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations

You agree to use GUIREZ services only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without authorization
• Misrepresent hotel inventory, pricing, or availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

If you create an account with GUIREZ, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

GUIREZ is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use caused by your failure to secure credentials.

GUIREZ may facilitate hotel reservations through GUIREZ-powered booking engines.

Hotels and accommodation providers are responsible for:

• Room availability accuracy
• Pricing accuracy
• Taxes and fees
• Reservation fulfillment
• Cancellation and refund policies
• Guest communications

GUIREZ acts as a technology provider and is not the owner or operator of listed properties unless explicitly stated.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment gateways.

By making payments through GUIREZ services, you agree that:

• Payment information must be accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• Additional terms from payment providers may apply

GUIREZ is not responsible for payment gateway downtime, banking issues, or third-party processing errors.

All content, software, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and platform technology associated with GUIREZ are owned by or licensed to GUIREZ.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce platform materials
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use GUIREZ branding without permission
• Redistribute proprietary software or source code

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

GUIREZ may integrate with third-party platforms including:

• Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
• Payment gateways
• Analytics providers
• CRM systems
• Advertising platforms

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

GUIREZ may:

• Perform maintenance or updates
• Modify platform features
• Temporarily suspend services
• Discontinue certain functionalities

We are not liable for losses caused by outages, interruptions, or technical failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUIREZ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Loss of bookings or business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions or failures

Our total liability relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GUIREZ within the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GUIREZ, its affiliates, employees, directors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Illegal or unauthorized activities

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activities create legal or security risks
• Required by law
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

Your use of GUIREZ services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts located in Bali, Indonesia.

GUIREZ may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
